John—

There are just a few hours left to have your Giving Tuesday gift matched dollar for dollar. When the match expires at midnight, so does your chance to double your impact for the critical fights to come in 2024—including defending abortion access, ending the child care cliff, protecting LGBTQIA+ students, and so much more.

What we raise by the end of 2023 impacts how big we can go in the year to come—and for 2024, we need to go BIG. Make your Giving Tuesday gift now.

Subject: All eyes on 2024—Giving Tuesday Match countdown starts now!

Dear John,

The final days of 2023 are approaching, and all eyes at NWLC are on 2024.

On November 7, voters in Ohio demonstrated that when abortion is on the ballot, people will show up to defend it time and time again. But still, anti-abortion extremists have promised to keep pursuing their agenda to ban abortion.

With huge elections coming up, major Supreme Court cases on the docket, the child care crisis worsening, and attacks on our rights continuing to come fast and furious in states across the country, there is a lot to plan for in 2024. That’s why we hope you’ll help us hit our Giving Tuesday $25,000 goal by making your first $5 gift now—every gift is matched, up to $25,000, until midnight tonight! [[link removed]]
Here are a just a few of our top priorities for 2024: \
Defending access to abortion and birth control (the next front for anti-abortion extremists), and expanding our Abortion Access Legal Defense Fund
* Securing access to affordable child care and thriving wages for early educators
* Fighting corruption in the courts, including the Supreme Court, where critical cases on issues like access to mifepristone and gender-affirming care may soon be on the docket
* Protecting against workplace harassment with the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund, and closing the wage gap that hits women of color especially hard
* Stopping attacks on students and learning by pushing the Biden administration to finalize the Title IX rule that protects students from sexual harassment and assault, including attacks on LGBTQIA+ students.

Join us with a gift this Giving Tuesday and it will be matched, up to $25,000, until the clock hits midnight tonight.

Any amount will be MATCHED x2! [[link removed]]

Your gift to the National Women’s Law Center [[link removed]] is a statement that you believe in a more just and equitable future. It supports lawyers who are defending our rights in the courts and on Capitol Hill, researchers whose groundbreaking work helps shape new laws and expose injustice, and advocates who direct grassroots pressure on lawmakers across the country on behalf of women, LGTBQIA+ people, and communities of color. At NWLC, we know how to fight, we know how to win, and we’re ready to hit the ground running in 2024.

That work is made possible thanks to generous supporters like you. And with so much to fight for in the weeks and months to come, I’m so grateful to know we can count on supporters like you to be right there with us. Don’t miss this chance to have your Giving Tuesday gift go 2x as far— donate now. [[link removed]]
