Dear Fellow American,

Judicial Watch is expanding its investigations and lawsuits into serious allegations of corruption and possibly criminal activity by members of the Biden family, including President Joe Biden.

Because like you, we want to know…

…What is Joe Biden trying to hide?

To get to the bottom of this scandal, Judicial Watch has already launched Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests related to the classified documents located at Joe Biden’s former Washington office and his two homes in Delaware.

At the same time, we continue to fight in court for the release of Joe Biden’s 36-years of U.S. Senate records stored at the stonewalling University of Delaware!

I believe that Joe Biden’s apparent disregard of laws related to the unlawful possession of classified documents deserves full investigation…and that applies to all politicians in both parties who improperly retain classified documents after their time in public office is over.

That’s why I hope you will support us with a tax-deductible gift today.

In response to our investigations, the U.S. Secret Service has repeatedly changed its position about whether it is in possession of records related to the investigation of Hunter Biden’s gun, reportedly disposed of in a dumpster in Delaware.

The Secret Service’s changing story on records raises additional serious questions about its role in the Hunter Biden gun incident, as well as raising the possibility that the Secret Service may be as politically-driven and contemptuous of the American people’s “right to know” as the Biden Justice Department and the FBI!

One thing is clear…Judicial Watch’s persistence in fighting for accountability means that our work investigating all these Biden-related scandals is more urgently needed now than ever…

because the American people deserve to know if their president is potentially implicated in criminal activity.

Sadly, if Judicial Watch doesn’t dig in to get to the facts, it is clear as day that no one in the Biden administration or the liberal media will…

…and we have proven, time and again, that our lawsuits can force the release of records and documents that even Congress is unable to access.

I strongly believe that Judicial Watch should continue to stand up for the American people’s right to know, and use every legal tool at our disposal to break through the efforts of the federal bureaucracy to shield the Bidens from accountability… which is why I hope you will make your best contribution to Judicial Watch today.

We fight public corruption and government secrecy here in Washington, DC and all over America…

and we are committed to calling government officials to account when they act as if they are “above the law.’

At Judicial Watch, we work hard every day through the legal system. We are tenacious, and we dig in for the long haul, as we have in forcing the release of information about troubling matters related to the Biden family and about government efforts to cover this information up.

To do that, we rely on you and the generosity of concerned citizens like you.

I hope you will join with us today and help us perform this essential work of educating the public about whether their highest election officials are living up to the same standards of honest behavior and ethical conduct to which citizens like us are held.

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Tom Fitton

President
