We all know the bad news from last night, so let’s cut straight to the
good news, John.

The good news is this fight isn’t over.

There are still many big states left for Bernie to win, there are hundreds
of delegates up for grabs, and this Sunday he’ll go head-to-head against
Biden for the first time in Arizona for the next Democratic debate.

The good news is this race can change instantly.

We’ve seen it happen several times in this race already. In one night,
Elizabeth Warren eviscerated Michael Bloomberg’s 500 million dollar
campaign, changing the race immediately, and Biden’s win in South Carolina
changed the race overnight. Just two recent examples, but the list could
go on and on.

The good news is this race has never been about one man. It’s about us,
all of us, and we’re winning the case for our progressive vision for the
future. That’s why every single exit poll has shown majority support for
Medicare for All even in states Biden has won. The Green New Deal, paid
sick leave, and even on the question of self identification as a
progressive or conservative, in state after state the overwhelming
majority of Democratic voters are choosing us. Our vision. Our goals.

In Bernie’s press conference today, he said it with clear eyes: the
bottom-line is we’re winning on the issues, but we’re not winning the
electability argument.

We can turn it around if we don’t give up. The fight ahead is hard, but
we’re not fighting for our vision because it’s easy. We’re not campaigning
for Medicare for All or the Green New Deal because it’s easy. Making
progressive change happen has never been easy.

We fight because it’s about the future we’re working to build. It’s about
moving America forward. It’s about electing a president that is ready to
lead that fight from day one.

That’s why we’re not giving up. That’s why we’re working to win in the
next states and the states beyond that. That’s why we’re fighting for
