Justice on Trial: Dismantling Decades of Injustice
In honor of Giving Tuesday we've launched a campaign where you can give and learn about the lives of system-impacted people, like James Nelson, who are dedicated to dismantling our prison system.
James is DPN's Program and Organizing Lead. He served 29 years in prison for a crime he did not commit and was finally exonerated only a few years ago. His life was irreparably fractured, decades of time was stolen from him and precious moments with loved ones were lost.
