Dear John,
Happy Giving Tuesday! On this day of giving back, I'm honored to share a few things the ARC team is thankful for. As you'll see below, freedom ranks number one of the list of things our community is thankful for. With 80% of our staff being formerly incarcerated and an active network of 3,000 formerly incarcerated Members, we do not take the ability to live our lives free from prison bars for granted.
Thank you for all your support throughout the years in allowing us to provide people with hope and the ability to carve paths for successful reentry. It is no exaggeration when we say we cannot do this work without you and that your dollars directly support the opportunity for people to come home. On this Giving Tuesday, we're thankful for you.
John, provide people with freedom.
When recently asked, the ARC Community said they are thankful for:
- "My freedom!"
- "I'm grateful to ARC for creating the Hope and Redemption Team. The individuals on the HART team who come back to prison continue to inspire those who are still inside."
- "I am thankful for second chances!"
- "I am thankful for a community that poured love into me, unconditionally. I am thankful for the endless possibilities for growth and learning."
- "I'm thankful for ARC!"
Your support of our work allows us to continually build this community, provide second chances, and help formerly incarcerated people thrive. Please consider donating a gift in honor of an ARC Member today. Thank you as always for your belief in our work.
YOUR SUPPORT LEADS TO SECOND CHANCES
Sincerely,
Sam Lewis
