You've heard a lot about how important - and effective! - our trainings are to LGBTQ+ candidates and their staff. Our trainees go on to make history - and ensure LGBTQ+ rights aren't stripped away. When our trainees are sitting at the tables, we aren't on the menu.
The LGBTQ+ community has suffered through three years of groundbreaking levels of anti-LGBTQ legislation. Three years of seeing our rights rolled back, of watching LGBTQ+ kids suffer under draconian bills. Of seeing LGBTQ+ people leaving their homes and communities because their state legislatures and governor decided to use their lives to score points in a pointless culture war.
