You and I are living through a unique moment in time.
Over the past 2 years, the Supreme Court has delivered for faith in a
big way.
It's all thanks to your faithful support.
Together, we won for Coach Joe Kennedy, Gerald Groff and
families in Maine.
Because people of faith like you joined us on the frontlines...
*All Americans-including government employees-have a
right to engage in private religious expression.
*Employers must grant religious accommodations unless doing so
would cause substantial increased costs to the day-to-day
operations of the business.
*When the government offers a benefit like parent-directed
educational funding, it can't exclude families just
because the parents choose to use that benefit from a religious
perspective.
While the Supreme Court has spoken, the enemies of faith aren't
listening.
In California, anti-faith activists in the school system are making
their presence felt.
Let me explain.
To assist private school families, including homeschooling families,
California offers a tuition-free charter school program that provides
state funds to purchase curriculum, materials and even individual
classes at private schools.
But participating in this program comes with catch.
To take part in the program, you can't use any of the resources
to purchase coursework that originates from a religious curriculum or
reflects a religious perspective.
Right now, First Liberty is representing three families that enrolled
in the program and are now facing religious discrimination by being
denied the right to choose a curriculum that reflects their
faith-based worldview.
That's wrong and illegal.
The State of California incorrectly believes that their state laws
overrule the Supreme Court's opinion in our Carson v. Makin case
victory.
But when you fought with us for families in Maine to be able to direct
state funding to religious schools, you won this right for families in
all 50 states.
That means we can now tell California that it's time to put a
stop to this discrimination.
Stand for Equal Treatment in California.
Be a Force Multiplier for Faith by Midnight Tonight!

When you give today, your gift's impact will be multiplied many
times over with our $50,000 Challenge Grant. But you only have until
midnight tonight.
Faith-based families deserve the opportunity to teach their children
according to their sincerely held religious beliefs.
Will you fight against this religious discrimination?
Yes, I will make a gift today!
