No images? Click here ![]() ![]() ![]() John, Next year is make-or-break for our work to protect people and nature as one. That’s why we’re doing all we can now to make sure we’re prepared. The state legislature is heading back into session soon, presenting new opportunities to pass bold and equitable environmental policies. And, critical offices will be up for election. From the presidential race to Congress to the state legislature and potential ballot measures, we’ll be working hard to mobilize climate voters across the state. “Protecting people and nature as one” may seem like a simple goal, but it encompasses a lot. It means pushing our elected officials to take transformative climate action: prioritizing community health, protecting clean water and air, sustainably managing forests, advancing environmental justice, holding corporate polluters accountable, and much, much more. We’ve made immense progress over the last few years, but we must keep the momentum going. To move this mission forward in the new year, we’ll need renewed and sustained commitment from supporters like you. The work we do together now will decide what we are able to accomplish in the future. Thanks for all you do. David
