Together, we can continue to make a difference, ensuring that every voice is heard and every community is represented.
Dear friend,
I am Prentiss Haney, Co-Executive Director of the Ohio Organizing Collaborative, and today, I'm reaching out to share a story of success and a call to action.
Over the years, my journey in community organizing and strategy has been driven by a commitment to justice and equity. Naturally, my path crossed with the Fairness Project, where I had the honor of partnering with them to create lasting, impactful change here in Ohio.
Recently, a significant milestone was achieved in Cleveland, Ohio, where, through our collaborative efforts, we passed a crucial ballot measure for police accountability. This victory was made possible by the unwavering support of the Fairness Project, a beacon of expertise and strategic partnership. Their invaluable contributions in policy development, staffing, polling, and day-to-day strategy were instrumental in refining policies, qualifying for the ballot, and seeing us through to Election Day.
Your donation will empower the Fairness Project to mobilize communities, foster civic participation, and provide essential strategic campaigning and advocacy resources. From municipal police reform to mandating employee benefits to protecting direct democracy, their work is vital to bringing community-led change to the ballot box.
Thank you for standing with us. Your support is not just a donation; it's a powerful statement for fairness and justice.
Warm regards,
Prentiss Haney
