Earlier this month, a handful of states held their off-year elections. And not only was it a resounding success for Democrats nationwide, it also gave us key insights into the political landscape heading into 2024.
After watching results come in from Ohio and Virginia, I can sum up the 2024 elections for you in two words: abortion rights.
In 2024, every federal race – for House, Senate, and President – will be a referendum on whether or not we should have a national abortion ban.
Every Wisconsin legislative race will be a referendum on our state’s abortion ban.
We’re less than one year out from election day, and we have to make it clear that Wisconsin is ready to join Ohio and Virginia and declare abortion access as a fundamental right.
That’s why we’ve set a MAJOR November end-of-month goal – to raise $20,000 before November 30th – so we can take this momentum, keep building our party infrastructure, and win the fight for abortion rights at every level of government in 2024.

I don’t want to get into the nitty gritty of insider politics, but it’s safe to say that Democrats haven’t been this fired up in an off-year election under a Democratic president in a long time.
It’s clear that voters are ready to protect abortion rights, protect democracy, and elect Democrats up and down the ballot.
And Wisconsin will be on the front lines of that fight, friend.
