Dear Friend,

Giving Tuesday is finally here! Over the past few weeks, many of you have stepped up to power the work of NCLEJ through your charitable contributions. On behalf of NCLEJ, please accept our sincere gratitude for supporting our mission. To everyone else, I am urging you to help us unlock our $60,000 matching gift. Anything you contribute will be DOUBLED, thereby maximizing the impact of your contribution!

For over 50 years, NCLEJ has fought to make sure low-income workers, people of color, immigrants, and people with disabilities have a voice in an unjust economic system. Our high-impact legal advocacy has benefited hundreds of thousands of people, from forcing state governments to fulfill their obligations to provide SNAP benefits, to combating racist policing practices, to ending unconstitutional debt collection schemes.

Our team is small but mighty – but without additional resources, we are often forced to turn down new cases. I am urging you to help us unlock our $60,000 matching gift so that we can make critical investments in legal staffing and necessary program resources. With your help, we can take on even greater cases and achieve even bigger victories in 2024.

We need your help to make today a record-breaking fundraising day for NCLEJ. Click here to RUSH a donation so that we can unlock our $60,000 matching gift opportunity! ([link removed])

Thank you,
