Dear John,
A new study released by the Fraser Institute today ranks the average income in the largest 107 metropolitan areas around the Great Lake region for 2019.
Its findings? London and Windsor ranked near the bottom.
In fact, compared to the average incomes of their U.S. neighbours, they are $10 - 12,000 below.
