• The Community Reinvestment Act final rule to update and modernize this vital piece of civil rights legislation was passed with specifics called for by NCRC and our members.
• The CFPB’s Section 1071 small business data rule - ten years in the making - was finalized and announced at our 2023 Just Economy Conference, ensuring better data to determine discrimination in small business lending.
• Our #FairHousingMatters campaign across digital media resulted in millions of people learning more about housing discrimination and more than 50 new complaints filed with our Fair Housing team.
