A great way to show your support for Bold and Pipeline Fighters, is by wearing it!
We just updated the Bold online store with new t-shirt designs, including "No Eminent Domain," "Land Justice," and a new spin on our classic Pipeline Fighter shirt for Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Illinois -- some of the states where new proposed CO2 pipelines would cross.
And if you haven't already, finally get yourself or a friend one of our Pipeline Fighter trucker hats, made famous by Willie Nelson!

Pipeline Fighters in the Midwest have some added reasons to celebrate this season. We have seen a number of recent victories in our fights against the new crop of CO2 pipelines that are threatening to criss-cross the region with a taxpayer-funded sewer system for fossil fuel industry emissions.
Navigator has cancelled its five-state CO2 pipeline project proposal entirely, while Summit's pipeline saw permit rejections in two states. Meanwhile, Wolf has at least temporarily withdrawn its CO2 pipeline permit application in Illinois, where state regulators have in addition to recommending Wolf's permit be denied also called for a halt on all CO2 pipeline permit applications until U.S. regulators with PHMSA issue updated CO2 pipeline rules, expected later next year.
However, we aren't resting on our laurels, as we know the billions in tax credits currently being offered by the U.S. government as incentives to build CO2 pipelines and "Carbon Capture & Storage" projects are too good to resist.
We're also now witnessing 24/7 construction practices impacting landowners and communities still fighting and resisting the Mountain Valley Pipeline, while the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) continues its rubber-stamping of pipeline approvals despite overwhelming local opposition -- most recently, an expansion of TC Energy's 1,300-mile GTN Express fracked gas pipeline, opposed by Oregon, Washington, and California. You may remember "TC Energy", formerly known as TransCanada, the same company that built the leaky Keystone pipeline, and abandoned plans for Keystone XL after facing resistance from our unlikely alliance for more than a decade.
We'll celebrate this holiday season, and head into 2024 prepared to defend the land and water against these ongoing threats to our farms, in our state legislatures, at state agency hearings, and in the courts!
Happy Holidays from the Bold team
