John, it’s crunch time.

Today is Giving Tuesday and the beginning of the most crucial fundraising period of the year for nonprofits like ours.

The next 33 days of the year will set the stage for 2024.

They will determine our path forward, what cases we’re able to advance and what cases we’re able to take on.

I couldn’t overstate the importance of the next 33 days if I tried.

Especially since we’re tracking behind where we need to be to reach our online fundraising goal for the year.

Our work has never been more necessary because our liberties have never been more under attack.

From parental rights to religious freedom to vaccine mandates, Left-Wing Marxists in every state and every level of government are attacking everything that makes our country great.

And to fight an evil unlike anything you or I have faced in our lifetimes, we need to fundraise like we never have.

We need the resources to take on more cases than we ever have and to win crucial victories preserving liberty for future generations.

And make no mistake – we stretch our dollars as far as they’ll go.

I am very proud that our nonprofit is very lean.

But there’s no way we’ll accomplish what we’re after without a historic influx of donations over the next month.
