Self-employment is a path out of extreme poverty for countless people in Brazil, and your generosity has empowered more people to pursue careers and gain crucial legal recognition for their businesses. These achievements made us proud to honor ILISP with Atlas Network’s 2023 Latin America Liberty Award!
* We are grateful for your support of the Lithuanian Free Market Institute (LFMI), who has leveraged their thirty years of experience to expand freedom and opportunity in northeastern Europe. LFMI successfully advocated for policies that make it easier for workers from outside the EU to apply for jobs and gain permits to live and work in Lithuania. The result? Lithuanian entrepreneurs are able to grow their enterprises and more workers from nearby post-Soviet countries are stepping up to contribute to their economy. Your support enabled LFMI to win our 2023 Europe Liberty Award!
* We are grateful for your support of Foundation for Economic Freedom (FEF) in the Philippines, who persevered in a seven-year campaign to reform policies that restricted foreign investment in public services and renewable energy. Through their advocacy, FEF increased access and competition in the telecommunications, transportation, and renewable energy industries. These reforms are already creating more affordable services for over 100 million Filipinos, particularly in remote areas where reliable access to wireless broadband internet and renewable energy sources were previously impossible. Your support gave the FEF team the tools to persevere win the most prestigious award we can offer, Atlas Network’s 2023 Templeton Freedom Award!
