Israel is at WAR. The rockets may have temporarily stopped falling on Israel, but already the lawfare attacks are beginning.

Countless hostages and their families continue to suffer. Hamas has utterly destroyed the lives of numerous Israelis. Yet its goal is the utter destruction of Israel and every Jewish man, woman, and child on the planet.

This is an existential battle for the very existence of the Jewish state. Already the International Criminal Court (ICC) is beginning to investigate Israel – not Hamas – for alleged war crimes. The ICC prosecutor's vitriolic bias against Israel is blatant.

Hamas butchered innocent Israelis in the most vile and evil ways possible. Yet it is Israel that faces a legal onslaught.

I've personally defended Israel before the ICC – and won. It will be up to us to do it again. At the U.N., at the ICC, and through our Jerusalem office, the ACLJ will be defending Israel's interests.
