Friend, those are the best words to describe the whirlwind of emotions I’m feeling in the months after launching my Senate campaign. 

I can't describe how moving it's been to watch Democrats from every corner of America chip in to help us defeat Sen. Rick Scott and pave the way for a brighter future in Florida. Because of your support and belief in this team, we defied all expectations and actually outraised Rick Scott last quarter (even though he gave six-figures to his own campaign).

The energy on the ground here in Florida is truly electric. People all across our state are fired up to defeat Rick Scott next fall. But don't just take it from me: Polling data shows that this race is statistically tied!

I know we can win — and experts from CNN are already saying Florida is one of the top 10 Senate seats most likely to flip in 2024. But the truth is, we’re up against an opponent who can spend millions of dollars of his own fortune to defeat us.

Last time around, Rick Scott only won by 10,033 votes — but he outspent the Democrat running by a massive $50 MILLION. We can't let that happen again, friend. That’s why I’m humbly asking: Please, will you chip in $5 to help me hit my $150,000 end-of-month fundraising goal so we can defeat Rick Scott and flip Florida blue? The future of our Senate majority and our country is on the line here, and I'm really counting on you to step up.
