John, after months of dysfunction in the House, it’s more clear than ever that we need to flip the House and elect leaders who prioritize the needs of the people before petty partisanship.

My opponent is cut from the same cloth as Mike Johnson – meaning that if he were in the House today, he would have engaged in the same dysfunctional behavior that almost led us to a government shutdown – twice. Remember he said he would not have voted for the American Rescue Plan which has helped our communities recover from COVID. He also said he would not vote to codify Roe vs. Wade - a dream for Speaker Johnson.

Thanks to Democrats, we narrowly avoided a shutdown, but we can’t let this extremism continue. That’s why it’s essential that we take back the House – and doing so requires keeping CT-05 blue. You see, this district has historically been a toss-up, and this year is no different. This race will be one of the most closely watched and influential House races in the country.
