IDAHO: EVIL IS AS EVIL DOES
Some people just cannot stop trying to make everyone miserable, and the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) is at the tippy top of the shit pile. ADF filed an emergency petition [[link removed]] to asking SCOTUS to intervene and allow the state to revoke medical licenses and be subject to criminal penalties if they perform an abortion that doesn’t fit the verrrrrryyyy narrow exception allowed. It’s almost like they want to make it intentionally confusing for doctors so they won’t perform ANY abortions? What a time to be alive!

NEVADA: SIRI, PLEASE DEFINE “REPRODUCTION”
Nevada is joining the growing list of states pushing to codify abortion rights in their state constitution, and ALSO the growing list of courts fucking it up. District Judge James Russell decided that the language was too broad [[link removed]] and not ‘single issue’, because why would we consider all options involving reproductive systems…the same topic? What a wild notion. Here’s to hoping our justice system has to repeat basic biology at some point!
