In case you didn't already know, we are suing the crap out of Big Tech...
...And we are WINNING!
You see, Freedom Watch is currently suing 4 Big Tech companies: Facebook, Twitter, Google, and
Apple.
Why?
Because my client Laura Loomer, a conservative journalist and 2020 GOP congressional candidate, was
banned from Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube (owned by Google).
That's right: Silicon Valley elitists are censoring a GOP candidate and conservative journalist simply
because of her conservative views.
These Orwellian elitists want to
shut down dissent in this country!
And Freedom Watch is fighting back!
We filed a class-action lawsuit against these Big Tech elitists 2 years ago.
We argued that these Big Tech companies conspired to censor conservative views, violating the Sherman
Antitrust Act and First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
And we won a key battle in this war!
Last year, the Washington, DC Court of Appeals rejected the Big Tech's bid for a quick ruling upholding
the dismissal of the lawsuit.
In other words, the DC Court of Appeals will now hear my accusations against Big Tech in court!
In fact, our oral argument is set for April 15 in the D.C. Circuit Court!
That's a HUGE win!
Remember, this is a David vs.
Goliath fight!
Freedom Watch is a small law firm. Meanwhile, the 4 Big Tech companies have hired some of the most
expensive and big corporate law firms in the nation.
And Freedom Watch ALMOST sued Google again!
But, they backed down immediately after I threatened them.
You see, I received word that Joe Biden Presidential Campaign was trying to shut down YouTube videos
that criticized Joe Biden.
And sure enough, a ton of our YouTube videos that HAMMERED Biden were removed!
I immediately reached out to Google (which owns YouTube) and told them that if my videos were not put
back up immediately, I would hit them with yet another massive lawsuit.
That did the trick because they put the videos back up shortly after.
Oh, and did I mention that Google's lawyers were from Williams & Connolly? The same prestigious
firm that has represented the Clinton's and Obama's!
And by the way, Google never denied the allegation that Biden was behind my videos being taken
down.
Disgusting.
We need to BREAK
UP Big Tech. They are a monopoly and are in violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act!
And I'm the perfect lawyer to do just that.
I, Larry Klayman, successfully broke up the AT&T monopoly in the 1980s when I was a prosecutor in
the Justice Department.
And today Freedom Watch can defeat Big Tech in court, break them up their monopoly, and end their
Orwellian censorship of conservative dissent!
