As we approach Giving Tuesday, you will be bombarded with dozens of emails asking you to give your hard-earned money to many worthy - and some unworthy causes.  But this email will be the only one you receive to make this bold, yet necessary, pledge to you -- 100% of the funds you give to us today will be used to sue the Biden Administration.

That's right, we intend to continue to sue and take massive legal action against the Biden Administration and the unholy alliance of corrupt special interests, big tech titans, the fake news media, and liberal Washington politicians that seek nothing less than to destroy the America you and I cherish.

America First Legal is the only group that will, without hesitancy and without pause, oppose the radical left’s anti-jobs, anti-freedom, anti-faith, anti-borders, anti-police, and anti-American crusade. The other side has the ACLU, funded with assets of over $830 million dollars. A $300 million yearly budget, and fifty-four affiliate offices throughout the United States staffed with hundreds of lawyers and volunteer attorneys. Much of this apparatus is funded by woke corporations and passthrough non-profit organizations, some of which may be asking for your support this Giving Tuesday.

As you have seen from the weekly update emails that I send each week, thanks to your steadfast support, the AFL Team has been winning major victories for the American people and freedom.

But there is so much more work to be done to defeat those who seek to destroy our nation-and for that we need your help. We cannot win this battle without you. You are our donor base, not woke corporations.

On this Giving Tuesday, the radical left will be funneling billions of additional dollars into its non-profits to fund their war on America.

But two can play this game. Just like they use the legal system against us, we are using it to fight back! Just like they ask for your money, so do we. And we are telling you up front where it will go – towards taking massive and unyielding legal action against the Biden Administration, rogue federal agencies, and the woke corporations that collude with them.
