John: This month, a federal judge temporarily halted Idaho’s draconian “abortion trafficking” ban. As a reminder, this outlawed assisting a minor to receive abortion care without their parent’s permission — even making it illegal to cross the border into Washington or Oregon where the procedure was legal.
