The GA legislature is redrawing my map

“One key question is whether Republicans can dissolve Georgia’s current 7th Congressional District, represented by Democrat Lucy McBath, while drawing a new majority-Black district on the west side of metro Atlanta as mandated by [the court].”

DONATE NOW

John, this week we’ll be getting critical news on my reelection campaign in 2024. Due to a recent court ruling, the Georgia state legislature is about to redraw Congressional maps, and I have to be prepared for them to come after me again.

If the GOP repeats what they did last time, then I’m their top target to remove from Congress.

John, I refuse to let Republicans determine when my time in Congress is done, but it’s going to take major resources to be prepared.

November is almost over, and my team has set a goal of raising $20k by the end of the month. Now more than ever, I need to be prepared for the fight ahead. Can you pitch in today?

CHIP IN

Let’s recall that the GOP tried to redistrict me out of my seat already back in 2021. My grassroots movement stepped up then, and I need you to step up and stand beside me again today.

I know that my activism on gun violence prevention and reproductive rights has put a target on my back. They’re afraid of what I’ll continue to achieve.

Please chip in right now to help me hit my end-of-month fundraising goal ahead of what could be a tightly contested reelection campaign. I need to be ready for whatever they throw at me.

Thanks for having my back,

Lucy McBath
