- Shining a light on injustice by filing essential Freedom of Information Act requests — including ongoing efforts to uncover records about the disparate treatment of Black immigrants in court and detention facilities.
- Working with state policymakers and business leaders across the country to promote a more welcoming environment for newcomers through policy recommendations, building business coalitions, and more.
- Helping immigrants caught in the court system get the support they need by collaborating with immigration litigators and providing key legal resources for immigration advocates, including in-depth practice advisories, trainings and litigation strategy sessions.
