I'll be presenting our case to the Texas Supreme Court tomorrow, and your early Giving Tuesday support would mean so much to our team. We're arguing that Texas's abortion bans are threatening the lives of pregnant people.
Each of the patient plaintiffs in this case have been through the unthinkable, and for the past 6+ months they have been reliving their trauma in court and in the media. No one should have to do that, but they are determined to save other Texans from the same life-threatening fate.
