This testimonial from a Michigan parent who participated in a program at one of our Family Resource Centers is why Children Trust Michigan exists ― to proactively support programs with education, funding and resources across the state with a goal of preventing child abuse and neglect.
We believe in a Michigan where children are happy; supported; and have access to a bright, safe future ― and we know you do too.
For every $1 spent on child abuse prevention, it saves $9 in future costs such as juvenile detention, foster care, substance abuse treatment, etc., according to the Child Welfare Information Gateway.
