PFLAG is made up of passionate parents, committed families, tireless chapter leaders and volunteers, strong allies, and formidable beloved LGBTQ+ people whose love takes action, every day. When lawmakers in Texas, Missouri, and North Carolina banned medical care for trans kids, we took them to court. While outsiders worked to ban inclusive books, PFLAG chapter leaders and volunteers held book drives to #ReadWithLove in their communities. When LGBTQ+ people and families needed PFLAG nearby, families joined virtual PFLAG Connects: Communities meetings from home — and volunteers started new chapters in 36 communities across the country.
