I just brought evidence that the prosecution’s key witness against President Trump committed perjury straight to the desk of Attorney General Merrick Garland.

This BLOWS UP New York’s entire case against President Trump!

Disbarred attorney Michael D. Cohen – the key witness in New York’s case – appears to have knowingly made false statements under oath again (he’s already been convicted of perjury once).

You see, back in 2019, Cohen testified before Congress that Trump had never asked him to inflate numbers for his personal financial statement.

But he just took the stand in New York’s case against President Trump and claimed his previous testimony to Congress was a lie.

If Merrick Garland is honest about upholding the law, Cohen should be immediately investigated and prosecuted for perjury – but so far, no action has been taken against him.

Is that because the radical Left is using his latest extremely questionable testimony as the keystone of their case to impose the “corporate death penalty” against Trump?

John, if the Deep State can get away with picking and choosing who they prosecute based on political considerations, our Republic is as good as dead.
