Hope you’re doing well. I’m getting ready to head back to Washington, so I spent the day tinkering in the shop. Even Oiler, one of our farm cats, wanted to get in on the action.

To be honest, the last thing I want to do tonight is send another damn fundraising email. But I hope you have time for one final campaign update from me today.

We’re not on track to meet our November fundraising goal, and with donations trickling in slower and slower every day since Thanksgiving, my team asked me to reach out tonight.
