Following Senator Robert Menendez’ indictment on corruption and bribery
charges, New Jersey’s 2024 U.S. Senate race is heating up.

Progressive Congressman Andy Kim announced in September that he will run
for the seat. Andy [ [link removed] ]told PCCC members on a Zoom call, "the idea that the
Senate seat from New Jersey could potentially flip to the Republicans if
we nominate somebody who has these serious allegations -- that is not
something we can do."

Now, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy's wife Tammy has entered the race.

The good news is that Andy Kim's support is strong. Public Policy Polling
shows Andy ahead 40% to 21% to 5% in a 3-way primary.

The bad news is that Murphy already has a super PAC headed by a big
real-estate developer and a big lobbyist -- and it is gearing up spend big
money against Andy. And Menendez still has millions of dollars in the
bank. If he runs despite the indictments, he'll use it to attack his
opponents.

John, the Republican Party is badly stained from the corruption
of grifters like George Santos and Donald Trump. With 2024 looming and
democracy on the line, Dems must REJECT CORRUPTION EVERYWHERE. And
nepotism is NOT the answer to corruption.
