Colorado Democrats made real progress this year.
Our work building an unprecedented Get-Out-The-Vote operation to turn out voters worked. We achieved record Democratic turnout for an off-year election and reached nearly 100,000 voters ahead of Election Day. Democrats made gains in Mayor's offices, city councils, and school boards across the state, proving we can engage voters during an off-year election.
All of this sets the stage for what’s next – the 2024 election — and our win.
The work we do today and throughout the next year will decide so much of what happens on Election Day 2024. That’s where you come in. We’ll need your support to help us build on the progress we’ve made these past few years. Are you in? Can we count on you to chip in before our November end-of-month deadline on Thursday?
Coloradans will be playing a crucial role in deciding who sits in the White House and which party controls Congress. We’ve worked hard this year with the belief that off-years are not really off-years but rather build years.
Next year, we have the chance to finally defeat Lauren Boebert – who won her 2022 election by just 546 votes, or 0.16% – and we need to protect our newest frontline Democrat, Yadira Caraveo – who won her 2022 race by only 0.69%. These will be some of the closest races in the country next year, and their results will be determined by the work we invest in right now.
