Dear John,
Our presidential primary started off with the most diverse pool of candidates we’ve ever seen in our nation’s history, just to boil down to the same old options we’ve always been used to: white men.
Now after Saturday’s caucus, Colorado’s U.S. Senate primary has seemingly whittled down to the same outcome. But we still have a chance to get an exceptionally qualified Woman, Latina, LGBTQ+ person on the ballot! We just need to vote like we talk.
Lorena Garcia is that candidate. And she doesn’t deserve your support because of her identity. She deserves your support because regardless of what your identity is, she’s been fighting for you and your rights to be treated with dignity, respect, and equity.
Help us send Lorena to the U.S. Senate by signing her petition to get on the ballot or giving whatever you can afford so she has the resources to get across the finish line by March 17th!

We deserve a candidate who is out there working her tail off to represent us. Lorena is hitting the pavement collecting signatures with a team of over 175 volunteers to earn your support.
Meanwhile, our “anointed” white, male candidates either paid their way onto the ballot, or failed to inspire people by winning in a caucus that saw abysmally low turnout. This isn’t meant to slander, but it does point to a reality in what will be a highly contested race for Cory Gardner’s seat.
I want the candidate who is putting in the work right now to meet the 10,500 threshold to get on the ballot and is building a grassroots movement that will continue to gain momentum through November.
