Dear MoveOn member,

It’s been no secret that Representative George Santos scammed and lied his
way into office. But with the recent damning ethics report that confirms
he broke federal laws as well as House ethics rules, it’s clear that Rep.
Santos is a fraud and shouldn’t be allowed in Congress any longer.^1

Following the revelations from the groundbreaking ethics report, Rep.
Santos announced that he won’t seek reelection in 2024.^2 But that’s not
enough. It’s time for Rep. Santos to be expelled or resign from Congress
once and for all.

NY-03 deserves real representation now. Not in November 2024.

back to work after their holiday recess—on Tuesday, November 28 at 11

Congress immediately, in the aftermath of the damning House ethics report
that demonstrates his deep levels of fraud.

Rep. Santos has escaped accountability for far too long, with protection

representatives take action now to remove Rep. Santos and get NY-03 the
