Folks,
To run for election here in Illinois, you must prove that you have support from voters in your district by gathering the required signatures to get your name on the ballot.
So, over the last few weeks, our campaign has been traveling through the district to do just that.
As I’m sure you can imagine, this is a big undertaking that involves recruiting a team of grassroots volunteers to build out our campaign staff to ensure we can connect with voters from every corner of our district.
There are a lot of moving pieces, but we’re in the final stretch of the signature gathering, so we'll be drinking a lot of coffee and tea as we connect with voters one conversation at a time.
If you’re looking for ways to help out, one option is to support our work by making a grassroots contribution ahead of Thursday’s end-of-month fundraising deadline. It might not seem like much, but every dollar we receive makes a huge difference.
Friend, if you can, please chip in $3 or any amount to help power our efforts to collect our final signatures, get my name on the ballot, and keep me fighting in Washington.
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
Thank you for powering our efforts to protect my seat and keep me fighting in Washington for the hardworking families across Central and Southern Illinois.
