News just broke that Corey Lewandowski — the GOP operative responsible for putting Donald Trump in the White House — is being recruited by the GOP to run against my friend Jeanne Shaheen in New Hampshire.
If Lewandowski enters this race, WMUR reports he would “have at his disposal virtually unlimited funds” to spend against Jeanne. We have to make sure Jeanne’s prepared to take on Lewandowski or whomever the GOP nominates.
With CBS News saying this race could decide Senate control, GOP groups are desperate to flip this seat. And they’re already spending more against Jeanne than all the other in-cycle Democratic Senators combined.
