The behavior by Judge Arthur F. Engoron during New York's unjust lawsuit against President Trump and the Trump Organization has been nothing short of disgraceful.

He has not honored President Trump's rights to due process and a fair trial, and his bizarre and biased behavior has made a complete and total mockery of New York's legal system.

Throughout the trial, he's displayed a clear bias against Trump and broken several rules in the New York Code of Judicial Conduct.

That's why I've formally filed an ethics complaint against Judge Engoron over his inappropriate bias and judicial intemperance - and I'm DEMANDING that he recuse himself from this case.

I don't know about you, but I'm done sitting around while these radicals make a mockery of our legal system to drag President Trump's name through the mud.

But as the radical Left turns the full might of their slander machine against us, I'm counting on grassroots Americans to rally behind me and help DEFEND TRUMP from the Left's tyranny.

Judge Engoron and his staff are partisan Democrat donors who've turned a once respected court of law into a kangaroo court with one purpose...

Last year, Judge Engoron told President Trump's attorney that the former president is "just a bad guy" who Democrat New York Attorney General Letitia James "should go after as the chief law enforcement officer of the state."

From posing for the cameras on the first day of the trial to ignoring the mountain of evidence that contradicts the prosecution's case, he's made it his mission to personally RUIN Trump.

When Trump spoke out about the injustices he was facing, Judge Engoron responded by violating Trump's right to free speech with an illegal gag order.

In fact, when President Trump's legal team pointed out that one of his law clerks had donated to Democrat candidates and causes in excess of judicial rules, Engoron responded by issuing an illegal gag order targeting Trump's legal team!

These tactics are straight out of the playbook of a Marxist regime.

This case isn't about justice at all, Friend.

President Trump is being unjustly targeted by these far-Left Democrats in an act of Election Interference and political retribution.

They're determined to DESTROY the one candidate who can defeat Biden, end the Left's corruption, and fight for YOU in Washington!

And this case is even bigger than President Trump...

Your own rights are on the line too.

If the state of New York can successfully railroad a former President who's also the frontrunner for the White House in 2024, they can come for any one of us.

Just imagine what they can do to ordinary Americans!

Today, President Trump is their target...

Judge Engoron's lawless behavior sends a clear message that if New York prosecutors don't like your politics, they will come after you and DESTROY your business, your livelihood, and you personally.

These Marxist radicals want you to be afraid to speak out against their corruption.
