They’re more than just footwear. They’re a part of who I am.

While D.C. elites gather around at black tie receptions in their fancy suits, millions of Americans don a pair of boots to serve our country, work the land, and provide for their families.

If you ask me, I think Washington could do with a lot more boots and a lot fewer suits.

Boots are a symbol of hard work, of honesty, and of perseverance. I’m proud of my boots, and I’ll be proud to serve you in the Senate.
