This year has brought unprecedented challenges for LGBTQ+ students–particularly trans, nonbinary, and queer students of color. Discriminatory policies, legislation, and hateful rhetoric aimed at these marginalized communities seek to isolate and erase their experiences. Now is the time—we must Rise Up for LGBTQ+ Youth.
