Hi John,

You’re making sure Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his Liberal MPs know they got it wrong.

Because of donations from supporters like you, the Canadian Taxpayers Federation commissioned Leger polling to prove that Canadians want the feds to remove the carbon tax from everyone’s home heating bills.

Here are the results:

A clear majority of Canadians – 57 per cent – want the feds to remove the carbon tax from everyone’s home heating bills.

Only 21 per cent of Canadians think Trudeau shouldn’t extend carbon tax relief.

The rest are undecided and you know we’re going to give those folks the information they need to get off the fence.

Ever since that poll was released, more Canadians are learning about Trudeau’s carbon tax carve out. And the poll numbers are only getting worse for Trudeau and his Liberal MPs.

Because of the generous donations from Canadian Taxpayers Federation supporters like you, we commissioned Leger to run additional regional polls in battleground provinces like Ontario and in Atlantic Canada.

Almost four-in-five ([link removed] > 1|*true&status2=
) Atlantic Canadians want the carbon tax removed from everyone’s home heating bills. Trudeau tried to buy off his MPs in the region. Now he knows it’s not working and Atlantic Canadians demand relief for everyone.

Our poll ([link removed] > 1|*true&status2=
) also showed that 63 per cent of Ontarians want the carbon tax removed from everyone’s home heating bills.

The polls are getting a bunch of media coverage.

Global News ran the national poll across the country. Other political commentators are citing the poll on CTV Prime Time.

Official Opposition Leader Pierre Poilievre is sharing the poll results on social media ([link removed]) .

The National Post wrote about our polls. You can read that article HERE ([link removed]) .

CTV News Live interviewed us about the poll results. You can watch the full interview by clicking this link: [link removed] ([link removed] > 1|*true&status2=

We want to say a huge thank you to you and all of our supporters who made this happen.

Taking the carbon tax off of all home heating is an important step towards scrapping the carbon tax completely.

Thank you for fighting for all Canadian taxpayers – it’s making a difference!

All the best,

Franco Terrazzano
Federal Director – Canadian Taxpayers Federation
