Cameroon. Planting 2,000 trees in the Far North region of Cameroon to help combat desertification.

Dear John,

This week, I went on a quest to find positive news to give me purpose and motivation, given everything that has been happening in the world. I stumbled upon stories of refugees and displaced people bravely responding to the climate crisis; innovating solutions and pioneering climate action. A few articles and several goosebumps later, I felt something I haven’t felt in a while – Hope, that even in the face of crisis, there is something so powerful about the human spirit that we can choose to act, in ways big or small, every day, to change our collective future for the better.

One of those ways, I believe, is to educate ourselves about the problem so that we might be able to meaningfully contribute to the solution. Today, I want to ask you to join me and take this climate action!

Take this 5-question quiz that, I hope, can enrich your knowledge with something new, or just remind you about how the climate crisis affects refugees, displaced people, and their hosts that are living on the frontlines of a changing world.

Stay tuned and we’ll be back with more news and some exciting announcements soon!
