[link removed] [[link removed]] Hi John, and happy Thanksgiving!

To celebrate Thanksgiving, here are five things we’re thankful for today (believe me, we could make the list a lot longer!):

1.
Donald
Trump
was
indicted
four
times
–
and
the
judge
in
our
lawsuit
in
Colorado
ruled
last
week
that
he
incited
an
insurrection.
This
year,
Donald
Trump
was
charged
with
more
than
90
crimes
in
four
criminal
cases
in
less
than
five
months.
And
while
we’re
proud
to
have
brought
the
lawsuit
that
led
to
Trump
being
rightfully
held
responsible
for
inciting
the
January
6th
insurrection,
we’re
keeping
the
lawsuit
going
to
ensure
that
he
is
also
kept
off
the
ballot.
2.
Michigan
became
the
first
state
to
hold
fake
electors
accountable
for
their
conspiracy
to
overturn
the
2020
election.
This
July,
Michigan
Attorney
General
Dana
Nessel
announced
criminal
charges
against
the
16
individuals
who
served
as
fake
electors
in
Michigan.
While
the
fake
electors
in
Michigan
may
be
the
first
charged
for
the
scheme,
we’re
hopeful
they
won’t
be
the
last.
3.
Maine
became
the
10th
state
to
ban
donations
from
foreign
governments
for
state
and
local
ballot
measures.
A
loophole
in
federal
election
law
bans
foreign
entities
from
spending
on
candidate
elections,
yet
allows
donations
for
local
and
state
ballot
measures.
This
was
a
major
win
for
our
efforts
to
get
big
money
out
of
politics,
and
we
hope
other
states
follow
suit.
4.
The
Supreme
Court
announced
a
new
ethics
code.
No,
it’s
not
perfect,
but
it’s
certainly
a
step
forward,
and
it
wouldn’t
have
happened
without
pressure
from
CREW
and
you.
Scandal
after
scandal
from
Justices
Thomas
and
Alito,
among
others,
have
proven
that
ethics
reform
is
essential.
We’ll
continue
to
fight
for
the
kind
of
reform
on
our
highest
court
that
is
necessary
for
the
American
people
to
regain
trust
in
our
judicial
system.
5.
YOU!
This
year
would
not
have
been
this
successful
without
you
and
the
hundreds
of
thousands
of
supporters
who
have
donated
to
CREW
and
cheered
on
our
work.

Whether you signed a petition, answered a survey, made a donation [[link removed]] or shared our website, we’re so grateful for your support this year.

We have many tough fights ahead in 2023 and beyond – and we can’t do any of it without supporters like you.
