# [#] Thanksgiving is a time to reflect and be grateful for the friends, family, and communities that nourish us. # [#]
For me, I am incredibly thankful for all of your hard work and support as we work to defend our democracy.

Change isn’t easy, but I will never stop fighting to protect our country from the threat of extremism, authoritarianism and recent attacks on our fundamental rights.

Despite the challenges our country faces, there is much to be grateful for and for me that includes the privilege and honor of serving the families of New York.

We have a lot of work to do, and it’s not always going to be easy. But we’ve proven time and again that we can do great things together, and I couldn’t be more thankful.

From my family to yours, I hope you have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving.
