Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you’re able to celebrate this day of gratitude with your loved ones. As we bring this year to a close, I want to recognize YOU and all of your fellow dedicated Population Connection supporters. You have given your time, resources, and attention to our work throughout this year—we appreciate you!

Stabilizing global population is a long-term effort, and I am grateful for your steadfast support. Just as one of our members recently wrote us: "I’m glad to know I’m not alone in caring about this issue." Your shared strength—there are 40,000 members like you!—gives me hope for our future.

So, from all of us at Population Connection, thank you!

Because of you, this year, we:

Trained over 10,000 educators with Population Education resources. 98% of workshop attendees rated the PopEd materials presented as "good" or "excellent."
Brought together over 1,000 Population Connection members and supporters for virtual events throughout the year. Our signature virtual series highlighted nine of our Global Partners over the course of the year!
Provided 65 presentations to college classrooms and community groups on topics relating to population, health, and the environment (PHE), making the links between global population growth and critical issues facing us all, such as climate change.
Mobilized our hard-hitting #Fight4HER campaign in collaboration with our sister organization, Population Connection Action Fund. Together, we're galvanizing activists to fight for reproductive rights for the 257 million women around the world who want to prevent or delay pregnancy but have an unmet need for contraceptives.

You made all of this—and so much more!—possible. I hope you have a joyous holiday season. We’re so grateful to you, on this day and every day.
