Medicare and Medicaid are on the line.

John —

1 out of 7 Mainers are covered by Medicaid. 1 out of 4 Maine seniors are on Medicare and Medicare Advantage. 1 out of 3 Maine children are insured through CHIP.

For thousands of Maine families, any cut to these programs puts their health and well-being at risk. On an average day, it puts our most vulnerable in danger. In the face of a pandemic, this is life or death.

The Trump administration doesn’t care. They are determined to kneecap Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. They’ve said it out loud and buried it as a budget line item — the social safety net is on the chopping block.

It’s time to take them at face value — and take a stand. Join me and add your name to protect Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. >>> [[link removed]]

We can’t count on Susan Collins to protect these programs against Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell. She refused to stand up to them when she voted for the trillion-dollar tax break for corporations, for right-wing unqualified judges, and for rigged impeachment trials.

Sign our petition to protect the social safety net from a Susan Collins vote. >>> [[link removed]]

Let’s fight for working families, seniors, and kids who both need and deserve access to healthcare.

Yours in this fight,
