The team just passed along some great news -- we just passed our grassroots goal with eight hours left before our budget deadline!

We’ll need to make a lot of big decisions tomorrow morning, and I don’t want to have to cut back in any areas we don’t have to.

So, I’m issuing a new challenge -- can we get 250 more donations before midnight?

The truth is, we’re raising our budget goal because the situation on the ground is changing fast. Dan Lipinski is getting last-minute help from a conservative, pro-life group trying to save his seat in the home stretch. It’s the same playbook from 2018 all over again.

But it won’t work this time -- if we do our jobs.

I launched this campaign to take on Dan Lipinski once again because he’s out of touch with the people of the Third District.

I know that if we want to leave our kids and grandkids with clean air and water and a healthy planet; make sure everyone has access to the health care they need; and stop this gross income divide between the 1% and the rest of us, then we need a real Democrat representing our district.

That’s what is at stake in these last seven days, and I want to do everything I can to make sure every voter hears about it.
