We are giving thanks for America by working to protect our great country from destruction. To that end, the first half of November has been highly productive for America First Legal…

We represent Ambassador and former Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell in a lawsuit against the DHS and Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for their unlawful creation of the far-left infected “Homeland Intelligence Experts Group” which is (illegally) stacked with partisan deep-state actors like James Clapper & John Brennan.  

We also made important moves against the transgender agenda. We sued the largest school district in Arizona (Mesa Public Schools) for their policy of secretly helping students “transition” to a different gender while keeping this hidden from their parents. It’s hard to believe this is a real policy in an American school system, but it is. More to come soon on this…

Lastly, for those planning to watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade- please know that we just filed a major federal civil rights complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) against Macy’s, Inc. for apparent illegal racial discrimination in service of far-left woke Ideology…  

What exactly is Macy’s doing? Well, according to their own “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Annual Report” Macy’s plans to discriminate against white employees regarding promotions and advancement within the company.  

As we know, DEI is code for racism. And whether at Macy’s or any corporation, we will not stand by while qualified Americans are denied jobs simply because of their race or gender. Woke DEI programs are wrong and illegal. That’s why we'll continue to hold any corporation that engages in illegal, nonsense accountable to the rule of law.
