On Sunday, I was blessed to be joined by my friends, family, and supporters to celebrate my fiftieth birthday while I was home in Phoenix at one of my favorite local spots, The Yard.

After seven elections and twenty years in public life, I'm more thankful than ever for the support from my family and the honor of serving our great community.



I was so happy to be surprised by my wife, Nicole, and my fantastic campaign team with a card signed by so many of my supporters from all across AZ-09 and the entire country who wanted to wish me a happy birthday!

I am taking the time to read through all of the responses I received because your kind words mean so much to me and they remind me just how grateful and lucky I am to be in public service.
