Happy Thanksgiving, everybody!

I’m grateful for many reasons this year – chief among them, I’m thankful to spend some quality time with my family to reflect.

I’m deeply appreciative that you’ve given me this opportunity to serve Rhode Island in the U.S. Senate. The trust Rhode Islanders have placed in me is the highest honor. I work to live up to it every single day.

I’m grateful for a country and a community that strive for progress. And I’m thinking of the Americans stationed overseas on this holiday who make that progress possible.

I’m thankful for your continued support as we do the hard but hopeful work of moving our country forward.  

I hope you and your loved ones have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
