Dear John,

As you gather around your Thanksgiving table today, I hope you're reminded of the most beautiful blessings we have to celebrate this year—chief among them, the blessing of life! We have much to be thankful for, despite the ups and downs that have come as we work hard for the cause of life.

The Dobbs decision last year overturned Roe v. Wade and its false history and restored America’s legal and cultural heritage. We are excited about the progress made since Dobbs (despite the serious opposition that we have seen). For this victory, we are truly thankful.

With time, I’m confident that we will turn things around because abortion is inherently disastrous for women and their unborn children, and with the 50-year burden of Roe—proclaiming to the nation that abortion was a fundamental right and imposing it on every state and town—finally lifted, we will make progress.

On this Thanksgiving Day, we thank you for making the sacrifices you make to stand with us and to see that this progress becomes a reality. We are truly grateful for you.
